- Is this AI?
- Yes — and we're upfront about it. Onwhite uses AI to generate your packshots from the product images you already have. Every output is then reviewed by a human before delivery. AI-generated product photography. Every image is created by AI from your existing images and reviewed before delivery.
- Will the packshot look like my real garment?
- We aim for images that faithfully represent your real garment — accurate colours, correct silhouette, visible construction details. Faithful representation is part of what we deliver, and a human reviews every image with that in mind. If something doesn't look right, we revise it. We won't deliver a packshot that misrepresents your product.
- Do I need to send physical samples?
- No. We work entirely from digital images — upload the product photos or model shots you already have and we take it from there. No sample shipping, no studio time.
- Who owns the rights to the packshots?
- You do. The finished packshots are yours to use on your webshop, in catalogues, wholesale decks, or anywhere else you need clean product imagery. We retain no ongoing rights to the delivered files.
- How do I get a quote?
